Programs

  • A structured class where parents or caregivers can help their children explore the world of gymnastics under the direct supervision of a certified coach. Come and enjoy structured classes focused on fun and creative physical play.

All classes will feature a warm-up, moves centered on the dominant movement patterns in gymnastics and parachute time at the end of the class. A great class to meet other families
    in the neighbourhood!

  • CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED & ABLE TO USE THE GYM TOILET ON THEIR OWN.

Our co-ed Kinder classes are for kids who are ready to start learning basic gymnastics skills with the guidance of our gymnastics coaches.

Children have an opportunity to work on age-appropriate activities and circuit work. Children will receive a participation ribbon in this program.

  • CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED & ABLE TO USE THE GYM TOILET ON THEIR OWN.

Our co-ed Young Rec classes are for kids who are ready to start learning and progressing gymnastics skills with the guidance of our gymnastics coaches. Children have an opportunity to work on age-appropriate activities and circuit work on all Olympic apparatuses.

Children will start to be assessed and receive progress reports in this program.

  • Recreational classes focus on teaching gymnastics skills based on our specially developed 9-level system. Using fun and creative circuits and stations, the athletes are taught and later tested on skills for each apparatus. Most importantly, our rec program is a great opportunity for kids to have fun, make new friends and stay fit.

At the end of each session, athletes will receive a report card.

  • For female athletes in level 7+ in our recreational program. Skill work is more advanced and tailored to each individual's strengths.

This program can lead into our Xcel competitive team but also has many students just training for the enjoyment of the sport and not to compete.

  • For male athletes in level 5+ in our recreational program who display exceptional strength and listening skills.

The program will focus more on the men's apparatus and put a greater emphasis on strength building.

  • Never too late to learn something new! Adult gymnastics is the perfect way to stay fit, improve your strength and flexibility, and have fun
doing it. You set your goals and we help you to achieve them!

  • Just like our regular Adult & Teen program, except you pay slightly more to have the flexibility to attend any of the scheduled adult classes within the session. Flex makes it easier to work around vacation, events, and general life.

e.g. The Summer Session has a class on Mondays and on Wednesdays. You could attend Monday one week, Wednesday the next, and both after that. Attend what works for you.

  • Adapted from our Caregiver and Tot classes, Special Needs C&K is a caregiver-type class for a larger age group, to allow you to support your child in the sport.

  • The same recreational curriculum with smaller class ratios (4:1) and staff equipped to tailor the curriculum to help support your child as they grow in the sport.
